Summit Rush Privacy Policy

Effective October 11, 2026

Summit Rush is a hiking game. We built it to work without collecting information about you.

Information we collect

None. Summit Rush does not collect, transmit or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (chosen hiker, completed parks, stars, Field Notes, animals spotted, routes explored, sound settings and whether you've unlocked all parks) is saved only on your device. It never leaves your device, and deleting the app deletes it.

Purchases

The in-app purchase that unlocks all parks is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Photos

If you choose to save a summit poster, the game asks iOS for permission to add the image to your photo library. It only adds images you choose to save and never reads your photos.

Links to other websites

"Plan a visit" opens the official National Park Service website. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Summit Rush is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Park Service.

Children

Because the game collects no personal information, it collects none from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
